用途:为口服抗凝血剂,其作用与华法灵钠相似,用药后18—24小时发挥作用,可维持24—48小时。用于血栓性静脉炎、肺栓塞、冠状动脉血栓、手术后血栓等。
安全说明:A human poison by ingestion. Poison experimentally by ingestion and intraperitoneal routes. Moderately toxic to humans by an unspecified route. Human systemic effects by: blood effects, fever, hepatitis, hepatocellular necrosis, dermatitis, allergic effects, other skin effects, nausea or vomiting, tubule changes, urine volume decrease, interstitial nephritis. When heated to decomposition it emits acrid smoke and irritating fumes. Used to treat angina pectoris.
